Healthy Journey Day 239

A little off today...never got around to tracking.
Blood sugar 106

Workout:   With trainer.  Lots of lunges, squats, runs, pushups, yoga.



Breakfast.   A little carnation with protein powder in milk
Snack:   Protein balls
Lunch:  Protein Balls, crackers and turkey breast
Snack:  Fruit snacks
Dinner:   Steak...It was so good!  I think we have figured out how to use our new grill!!
We got a solaire infared.   It gets so hot!  We cooked these steaks for a total of 4 minutes.  So just to tempt you, here is a video of the sizzling goodness!

It's been a good and busy day...almost have my 10000 steps.   I will get them before going to sleep..  I have been a little distracted today.  But otherwise all is good!
