It was one of those Sundays. I was tired, not wanting to do much of anything.
Mini wheats for breakfast,
Toaster strudel for lunch
Turkey roll for dinner

I made a poppyseed casserole, as my hubby was hungry later. Actually my daughter made it. I had a spoon full but that was it, I wasn't hungry for anything else.
Had a chat with my trainer we are going to start up again in September! Yay! Looking forward to it. We discussed adding in weekly goals. I think that will make a huge difference!
