Healthy Journey Day 271

Skipped everything this morning, and ate a lot more sugar.   My actions are as if I have just given up lately.   But I also wonder if I am taking a couple steps back to get a running start.  My mind just hasn't been in the game lately.  



Breakfast and snack:  toaster strudel
Lunch:  Crackers with hummus and some peppers
Dinner:   Ribs, crackers and hummus, pink jello salad, a brownie, green smoothie drink.

I feel like I ate a lot, and didn't drink enough.  

Off to get the kiddos in bed, DD starts 7th grade tomorrow.  What a momentous day!
