I sure started out slow today. Was feeling just out of it! Had a nice long talk with my hubby though. It is nice when we can talk.
treadmill for 10 mins, strength, hamstring rolls, squats, abs, tricep pushups
Toaster strudel
Chicken rice and beans
Banana Ice cream. Chocolate protein powder frozen bananas and a splash of milk in the food processor. I was after creamy. It was yummy and very creamy as well as filling.
Pizza...I made sausage olive pizza for dinner. Thanks to my brothers frozen pizza dough. So YUMMY! I like having a plan come together. :) One of the things I am working on and going to report to my trainer about is making dinner. Day one, Check!
