Healthy Journey Day 303

So today, I lived on pumpkin Chocolate chip bread.  IT is yummy.  But not the bread of life!
My Blood sugar started out at 94.  Not bad at all!

Exercise a boot camp workout and weights 12 lbs



I got hamburger and made hamburgers for dinner.  We have found that the 80/20 ground beef works the best for hamburgers on the grill.

I also ate a hot dog for dinner.  For my afternoon snack I had Green Machine juice.  So I got some "veggies" in.

My planning idea is kinda working...I'll continue it

Water:  48 oz
Veg:  1?
Tomorrows plan:
Breakfast: waffles
Snack:  smoothie
Lunch:  Tuna salad on toast/ pasta salad
Snack:  Apple and cheese
Dinner:  Chicken grilled and marinated.   Noodles and veggies.
