Day 33 of 100--Are you stifling yourself with labels?



What are your labels?  What names do you call yourself that hold you back?   Failure, slow, slob, weak, tired, loser, fat, pathetic, all of these are labels that you may have called yourself before.  I know I have used a few of them before.   I'm going to be very blunt:  NEVER CALL YOURSELF THOSE WORDS AGAIN!   You are better than that and don't deserve to have name calling going on in your head.

Instead of negative words, lets look for positive labels.   Words that empower you and make you feel happy, strong and powerful.  Words like Athlete, Strong, Powerful, Positive, Purposeful, Joyful, Energetic, Successful.   What words would you choose?    Write down 3 words that you want to have incorporated in your mindset.  Post them where you will see them.   Put them in your phone with a reminder so every day your three power words pop up and you read them.

Any time you catch yourself saying negative things about yourself, say something positive.  Even if you don't believe it.  As you start incorporating positive thoughts and remembering your new words things will change, your mindset will change, you will feel empowered!   Nothing will stand in your way.
