Day 57 of 100--Stand Guard

What do you allow to enter your brain?  Do you associate with people who bring you down or lift your spirits.   Do you read books or articles that give you joy.   Do you watch TV that is uplifting?   Today I am taking a positive content assessment.  What is it that I watch/read that is positive?

1.  Boot camp messages, daily missions from the bootcamphub.com
2. Darren Hardy emails
3. Intuitive Eating Books/CDs

4. 30 in 15 videos  also from the bootcamphub.com
5.  Various Self Help books/cds from the library (I might be addicted to that section)
6.  Organize Yourself Skinny Blog
7.  Sara Bown Use it to lose it
8.  Boot Camp Radio Shows
9.  No Excuses Radio Shows
10.  No Excuses emails


Negative Content:
Facebook (a lot is positive on there, but it steals my time)
Fluff TV
News
junk email
iphone games
facebook games
Internet.
Many other electronic distractions...


So the goal in this is to recognize what lifts you up and what brings you down.   My hubby and I even talked about it a little this morning.  He has a friend who always makes him depressed after talking with him.   He would belong on the negative content list.  We all deserve to have people to aspire to, content that lifts us up.  If we want to fly with the eagles, we need to start being around them.   You can't fly if the chickens around you tell you you can't.  :)

So how is your positive content list?   Stand guard at your gates and makes sure only what deserves your time gets to go in!
