Day 18 of 100

Choose exercise that is fun for you.  Don't do something just because everyone else is.  Exercise is anything that gets your heart rate up more than sitting on the couch.   So it could be walking, running up the stairs, punching a pillow.  Dancing to some great music.  Anything you desire!   Don't get caught up in the "standard" exercises.  Pick something that speaks to you and love it!  Then you will do it more often.  :)
